Booking a pickup time

Choose a slot

Once your invoice is paid, the invoice page shows the pickup days and times the seller set. Pick a slot that suits you. If some of your lots need help loading, you get a longer slot.

You can change or cancel your slot up to the seller's cutoff (usually 2 hours before it starts).

Someone else picking up?

Put their name in "Someone else picking up?" when you book. They bring your QR code.

At pickup

Show the QR code from your confirmation email or invoice page. Staff check you in, bring your lots out, and hand them over one by one. You get a pickup receipt by email listing what you took home.

Pickup addresses and gate codes are shown only after your invoice is paid.
