Rating a seller

After you pick up or your order ships, we ask you once to rate the seller from 1 to 5 on three things: whether lots were as described, communication, and pickup or shipping. You can rate from your invoice page, and change it for 14 days.

A seller's storefront shows their average once they have 20 ratings, with how often lots were refunded as not as described.
