Bidder badges, notes and blocks

Each registered bidder has a badge from their history across Catalot, updated nightly: New, Good, Trusted, or Watch (an unpaid invoice or a missed pickup in the last year, or two strikes). You see it with the counts behind it on a sale's Bidders tab, on invoices, and at pickup check-in. Bidders never see it.

From the Bidders tab you can keep a private note on a bidder, or block them from your sales. A Watch badge also keeps a bidder off regulated lots everywhere.
