Shipping: in house, partner, outside service, or none
Choose how each sale ships, and what each option asks of you.
Choose a sale's shipping on its settings page.
In house
Buyers ask on their invoice page; you pack on the ship screen (box, weight, rates) and Charge & Print buys the label and charges the buyer postage plus your handling.
Partner
Another seller on Catalot (or one of your staff logins limited to the sale) packs and ships for you. Name them under Shipping partner on the sale page. Requests land in their queue; they use their own boxes and handling; Catalot charges the buyer and pays the partner. You see each shipment's status.
Outside service
A local shipping service collects the lots on one date. Set the service, collection date, turnaround, the transfer fee buyers pay you (default $5), the deadline, and whether it ships to the address on file only. Print the manifest from Shipping, hand it over with the lots, and update each order's status (tracking is optional).
None
Pickup only. The Ship tab is hidden and your pickup terms say nothing ships.
