Running pickup day

Open Pickup for the day's pull list: every booking with the lots and where they are shelved. Scan a buyer's QR code, or search by name, to open their booking.

• Check in when they arrive.
• Hand over lots one at a time, or all at once. The buyer gets a pickup receipt.
• Unpaid invoices can't be handed over; take payment in person first if the sale allows it.
• Mark no-show for a missed slot: it counts against the bidder's reputation.
