Cataloging: photos, phone capture and AI drafting

Phone capture

Open Capture on your phone (Menu, then Capture). Pick the sale and your phone. Tap the shutter for a photo, hold it for a short clip, hold the mic for a voice note, then Next lot. Photos upload in the background, even with a weak signal. Pinch to zoom, or use 1x, 2x and 4x; tap a thumbnail to see it full screen, retake it or delete it. Done takes you back to the sale once everything has uploaded.

AI drafting

With photos on a lot, Draft with AI writes the title, description, category, size and flags. Fields you already filled are not overwritten: the draft offers its value underneath, and you choose. Drafted fields are marked until you edit or approve them.

Review

The Review tab walks through every lot; one key approves and moves on. Only approved lots are published.
